Sunday Services

Sunday, July 27
10:00 am Central Time in-person & livestream traditional service with sermon
New Equation: Spread the Love with Mile of Music
This year's Mile of Music service features Rissel and Yaina Peguero Almonte from the Green Bay band Pegasis, one of almost 200 bands appearing at the 2025 Mile of Music Festival. The sisters are as genre-less as they are jazzy. With roots in the Dominican Republic, Pegasis' cross-cultural musicality draws influences from jazz, funk, classical, and every corner of the world of music. The annual service features music and spoken presentation from a Mile artist, plus additional insights into the Appleton festival that runs from July 31 to August 3.

•  See our website HERE for information about our Sunday religious exploration classes for children and youth.
•  Share the Plate: In July, we share the plate with Fellowship Justice Action Ministry Teams (JAMs): Essentials, Gender Justice, Green Sanctuary, UU the Vote, and ESTHER.

Coming This Fall: Our Whole Lives (OWL) for 8th & 9th Graders
We’re excited to offer Our Whole Lives (OWL), our comprehensive sexuality education program for youth in 8th and 9th grade, beginning this fall. Classes will meet from 6:30–8:30 PM on the first and third Wednesday of each month, running from mid-September through May.
To help us prepare, we’re asking families to express interest by July 27, or sooner if we reach our 20-student capacity. This is not formal enrollment, but it will help us plan accordingly. If you’re interested, please email Kim Hartman at kim@fvuuf.org with your youth’s name and grade level.
OWL provides accurate, age-appropriate information on human development, relationships, and sexual health within a supportive, UU values-based framework. Learn more about the program at: www.uua.org/re/owl

If your child(ren) participated last summer, they may remember the fun activities planned for each Sunday.
If your child(ren) is already registered for the 2024-2025 Program Year, summer is included, and there is no need to re-register your child(ren) until the 2025-2026 Program Year.
If your family is just joining us, you will need to register your child(ren) for the summer. There is no fee for summer RE. This is the link to the 2025 Summer RE Registration form.
The 2025-2026 Religious Exploration Registration form will be available in late summer. All children attending the new 2025-2026 RE Program Year will need to be re-registered at that time; current fees will apply.
