One.Together! 

This week it felt like Christmas came early as our entire learning community was back together simultaneously for the first time since March. Having all of our Dragons on campus is our greatest gift this holiday season and your children's excitement about being back full-day gave us all a boost.
We are grateful for the support of our faculty, staff, students, and families. 
Pop-Up Shop THIS WEEK ONLY!
Our popular annual Holiday Pop-Up Shop is a perfect way to show your DRAGON PRIDE while picking up St M stocking stuffers and holiday gifts!  The pandemic necessitates that we do this VIRTUALLY this year. 

We will launch a special holiday website on Monday to take orders for ONE WEEK ONLY: December 7-11.
  • The website link will be sent out to families via email at 8 a.m (and posted to social media) on Monday morning. Be on the lookout!
Purchased items will be available for parent pick-up via a one-day holiday "drive-thru" at the school on SUNDAY, December 13, from 12-3 p.m. 
  • NOTE: All items not picked up on Sunday will be sent home with children on Monday, December 14.
We have lots of exciting St. Michael's-themed items planned -- two different designs of Christmas ornaments, new Silipint tumblers, scarves, journals, acrylic trays, pennants, water bottles, scrunchies, dragon cookie cutters, new hat designs, garden flags, stuffed dragons, and more!  Supplies are limited so don't hesitate. 
Note: Due to the wide array of sizes, apparel gifts are "made to order" and should be ordered directly through our standard spiritwear website. Details on our NEW cold-weather items are below.

HOLIDAY DEADLINE ON MONDAY: The deadline to order apparel items to receive in time for the holidays is Monday, December 7. 
All items ordered from November 21-December 7 will be treated as “holiday gifts” and will be held for parent pick-up via a drive-thru at the school on SUNDAY, December 13, 12-3 p.m. 
Spiritwear is NOT returnable so please review sizing information carefully. Questions? Contact Susan Curwood.

Important Reminders

  • School Hours: 8 a.m.-2:25 p.m.
    • Morning carpool begins at 7:40 a.m. If you are not utilizing Morning Gym and arrive early, please pull over in the cul-de-sac outside of the school gates and wait until directed to proceed.
    • Afternoon carpool is 2:25 p.m.-2:40 p.m.
  • Carpool Placards: All cars should have their carpool placards on their visors when coming through carpool as this assists us greatly in taking names and keeping carpool running efficiently.

  • Headphones Daily: All Middle School students need to have functioning headphones in class every day. Please ensure your student has a pair.

  • Water Bottles: ALL students should bring a water bottle every day, along with a lunch and snack. 

  • Label Items: Please label kids' clothes, jackets, lunch boxes, and belongings so if they get lost, we can easily return them to your child.

  • Late Arrival or Need to Drop Something at School?  PLEASE stay in your car, call our front offices at 272-3514 and someone will come to your car to assist you.

COVID Reporting Protocol/Form


If someone in your family has symptoms, has been exposed, or is being tested for COVID-19, please inform the School  IMMEDIATELY IN WRITING via the COVID-19 Reporting Form link below. The confidentiality of the diagnosed student or teacher will be maintained. 
For all health-related questions this year, please contact Nurse Shawnetta Maben at smaben@stmschool.net.
*IMPORTANT NOTE:  If you submit your COVID reporting form after hours or on weekends, please keep your child HOME until you hear from Nurse Maben on the next school day.
