Stuffed Animals: The beloved Pet Palace returns to Magic Dragon Day this year! Please bring in your washed, gently used stuffed animals. For your convenience, we will have volunteers at all three carpool morning drop-off locations collecting the above items on April 10, 12, and 17 from 7:45-8 a.m. A box will also be in the Middle School library.

Spiritwear Pop Up Shop Volunteers NeededAs Magic Dragon Day is a celebration of blue and white, we will be offering a spiritwear pop-up shop with lots of fun NEW St M branded items.

Seventh Grade Spanish Immersion LunchThe seventh grade will be going to Casa Grande on Monday, April 8 from 10:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. for a Spanish Immersion lunch as part of their unit on “Vamos a un Restaurante.” Parents received an email with all the information on this field trip/assessment. Summer Camp Spotlight: MUSICAL THEATERIf your children loved The Lion King or participating in a Lower School play, then they will LOVE Dawn Childs' Musical Theater Camp! Join St. Michael's music teacher, Mrs. Childs, for an exciting week designed to grow your child's talents, creativity, and confidence on stage! Musical theater, acting, dance, singing, and general music will all be explored through the use of games and other fun-filled activities. INTERFAITH DAY OF SERVICE
Opportunity, Sunday, April 7
The day begins at 9:00 a.m. with a short gathering and bagels at Temple Or Ami before leaving for projects throughout the community. Following a morning of service, everyone will meet at Al-Medina School at 11:40 a.m. for debriefing, ice cream, and a send-off.
The projects include:
-Clean up at James River and other area parks
-Pollinator Garden at Oakgrove Elementary School
-Visit seniors and play Bingo at a senior residence center
-Make sandwiches for the homeless
-Comfort Kits for children in crisis
-Grounds projects at Or Ami and the Islamic Center
-Stepping stones for Habitat homes
-Al Medina school clean-up projects
