Micro-Learning: Preventing Peer Abuse Through Supervision |
As peer-to-peer abuse incidents continue to be reported, it is critical that staff are frequently reminded of prevention strategies. This micro-learning focuses on educating your staff on areas where supervision can be challenging, and strategies they can implement to ensure they are actively supervising. Download this micro-learning and send it to your teams as a quick refresher on the importance of supervision.

In-Service Training Scenario: Late Arrival |
In order for a Test. Mark. Protect. policy to be effective, it must be implemented consistently among all three layers, all programs, all locations, and all youth. This can become challenging when a child shows up late to programming and misses the allocated time for a swim test. Download our sample scenario to help walk your guards through this situation, and discuss what your robust plan will be to ensure that non-swimmers do not fall through the cracks.
