Winter weather can have an impact on your facilities and grounds. On our visits recently, we have seen examples of large potholes in parking lots, damaged parking stops with exposed rods, or even playground equipment that is in need of items being nailed down. We encourage you to take a walk around your facility to identify those hazards and create an action plan to fix them.
