This summer, we continue to see peer-to-peer abuse incidents. In an effort to make peer-to-peer abuse prevention a priority this summer, download our short activity to use at your next staff meeting. This activity will ask staff to identify locations where this type of abuse may occur and how they can better supervise these locations.

At the end of the summer, it is critical that you set aside time to debrief and gather feedback from your lifeguards. Debriefing allows you to recognize accomplishments, identify areas of improvement, and reflect on your department's goals. We have compiled a list of sample questions that you can use to debrief with your team.
