Whether you call it the Summer Slide or the Brain Drain, students can lose ground in reading and math over the summer break.

To help our students practice what they learned this year and exercise their brains while they are away, HERE is the link to summer assignments by grade, as well as recommended reading lists. You can also find this information on our website under "Community/Summer-Back to School."

Once school is out, our team will be finalizing Back to School forms. Please check the website in mid-July for updates, forms and the 2017-2018 Academic Calendar.    

If you have a child in grades 3-8 who plans to participate in intramural or collegiate sports in the coming school year, an athletic participation physical examination form will be needed. Click here for the form.

Middle School Math and Spanish Placements

Student placements for Middle School math and Spanish for the coming school year will be shared with families by early July.

Calendar Updates for Next Year

PLEASE NOTE: The dates for CHRISTMAS BREAK have CHANGED. Christmas Break begins at noon on Tuesday, 12/19-1/2. Classes resume on Wednesday, January 3.

Summer Administrative Office Hours

St.Michael's will observe summer office hours starting the week of June 12.  Our Administrative Offices will consolidate at the Bon Air Lower School Campus and will be open Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.- 2 p.m.

We will be closed on Fridays during the summer.  

It's a Wrap!

This will be our final newsletter of this school year. We will resume again in mid-August. Of course, any pertinent information that needs to be shared with our families will be emailed this summer.
