Important Information and Schedule for The Christmas Pageant (K-8 Families, PLEASE READ)
Dear St. Michael’s Families,
The annual Christmas Pageant is one of our School’s most beloved traditions, and we are delighted to welcome you on Thursday, December 18, as our K–3 Dragons share the joy and wonder of the season. To ensure a smooth and safe morning for all, please review the important parking and carpool updates below, as our morning carpool routines will look different this year.
Pageant Schedule
- 8:30 a.m. Performance: Adams, Mitchell, Jones, Brooks
- 10:15 a.m. Performance: Rowe, Reining, Rogers, Hettrick
- Each K–3 student may host up to 6 guests at their assigned performance.
- If you will be taking a student from class to attend a sibling’s pageant, please email the homeroom teacher or advisor to alert them.

7:45 a.m. – Carpool begins with the following PAGEANT ADJUSTMENTS:

- Middle School carpool: Operates as usual but may run slightly slower.
8:00 a.m. – Carpool ends; all pageant parking opens for families/guests:

9:30 a.m. – Campus reopens, and parking becomes available for the second performance.

During the Pageant
- As this is a chapel service led by our students, we kindly ask families to remain seated, silence phones, and refrain from photography during the program.
- Photos are welcome before and after, and St. Michael’s will share images and video afterward.
If You Have Children in Both Pageants
- Families remaining on campus between performances are invited to enjoy coffee in the Perkison Arts Center Music Room.
After The Pageants
- Students will return to class afterward for a full school day.
- Faculty and staff will move cars from the Blue Loop so that we will have a NORMAL AFTERNOON CARPOOL.
Wishing you joy and peace this holiday season.
Warmly,
Bob Gregg, Head of School
