PX Connect is an online community that allows members to network and collaborate, offering a forum for exchanging ideas and resource sharing.

This case study, conducted by Martinsburg VA Medical Center, sought to identify targeted and effective ways to improve and sustain key Veteran experience performance metrics that feed into the VA’s national performance measurement system or S.A.I.L. Through the continuous sharing of patient feedback with individual clinics and clinicians and turning feedback into action, this team has achieved breakthrough performance and sustained those gains over time.
