Invitation to Special Class Presentation Weds. 10/21/2015

Romeo Galang, EIS Officer at the Centers for Disease Control, is going to be presenting via Skype to the Epidemiology class (PADM 6550) on Wednesday, 10.21.15 from 5:30 - 7pm. This course is taught by Dr. Laurie Gavilo-Lane.

The topic is "CDC Epidemic Intelligence Services: boots-on-the-ground disease detectives' response to foreign and domestic Ebola and HIV/AIDS outbreaks" (flyer). This is a valuable opportunity to learn from and speak with a professional practitioner on the front lines of public health and epidemiology, working in the Federal government.

This talk is open to TSU students in the graduate certificate in healthcare administration and planning, MPA, and our other public administration programs, as well as MPH students.  If you have questions about the talk, please contact Dr. Gavilo-Lane.
