Attend the mandatory International Student Orientation!
International Student Orientation is intended for all F-1 and J-1 international students beginning their first semester in an NYU program within the United States. International Student Orientation is in two parts: Part 1 is the US Immigration Requirements Training online module and Part 2 is the New International Student Meeting. Both parts of the orientation are required for all new international students in F-1 or J-1 status at NYU. Even if you’re returning from a leave of absence, you’ll find the information a good refresher. But it’s only mandatory for students who are attending their first semester at NYU in New York. For more information and a full listing of our sessions, head over to our international student orientation page.
