Who are these WOMEN? We are doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, physician assistants, dietitians, veterinarians, accountants, social workers, therapists, teachers, businesswomen, business owners, real estate agents, chefs, and researchers...but most importantly we are MOMS. We bring meals when a husband is deployed overseas and when a new baby is born, help wipe the tears when life gets hard, help babysit when emergencies arise, listen non-judgmentally when you need someone to talk to, laugh so hard your sides ache, build friendships that will last a lifetime, and help give you strength for motherhood. Do you ever dream of making it across the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Do you need help staying motivated to run? Are you looking to get stronger, faster, and fitter? Then run with us! Our running programs are designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including injury prevention, pace, form, gear, and more!
Half marathon training: 7/30-10/16, $150
5 miler training: 8/20-10/16, $120
Drop-in runs during race training: $10 each (max 4)

Fit4Baby Prenatal Classes!
Fit4Baby prenatal classes teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. The hour long class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises. We train and certify our Fit4Baby instructors so they are fully equipped to lead a pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. The class is for all stages of pregnancy and limited to 10 participants. Each course is $99.
Sun 5:30-6:30pm & Tues 7:30-8:30pm @ Fleet Feet Spots Carrboro

FIT4MOM of the Month: Meet Jennifer Winkler!

2) Kiddos: Lauren, age 10
3) Hobbies: Traveling, cooking, looking at houses (and daydreaming of owning a beach house), spouting off useless trivia (I swear I’m going to win big at a Trivia Night).
4) Why I Love FIT4MOM Chapel Hill: Oh, so many reasons!  
1) As moms, we know our kids watch our every moves. Lauren sees me attending classes and comments on when I complete a hard task with, “You can do that because you go to Body Back!” She is growing up wanting to be strong, which I love!  
2) The Mom Tribe. No matter how old our babies are, we all share a common bond and that is to take care of ourselves so we can take care of others. I love going in to a class and being able to moan/groan/complain with other mamas as we work out and then we are able to share that amazing feeling of accomplishment together when we finish.
