Summer 2024 registration opens on March 5
Registration for summer courses opens on Tuesday, March 5. The
course schedule is available for viewing now; other important undergraduate student term dates and deadlines can be found on the Registrar’s website.
Complete the survey on the climate of sexual misconduct at JHU
The 2024 student survey
assessing the climate of sexual misconduct at JHU is now open. Conducted every other year, the survey seeks to better understand the prevalence of and risk factors for sexual misconduct on our campuses, as well as students’ perceptions of current problems, institutional responses, and availability of resources. Every fifth student who completes the survey will receive a $10 gift card. Please complete the survey and encourage your peers to do the same before the survey closes on February 28.

Use your Federal Work Study to contribute to K-12 student success
Have you been awarded Federal Work Study for the 2023-24 school year? You can use your FWS award to contribute to the National Partnership for Student Success
, a nationwide initiative led by the U.S. Department of Education aimed at addressing learning loss in K-12 schools. Not only will you be making a positive impact, but you’ll also have the chance to earn money through tutoring, mentoring, postsecondary advising, student success coaching, and wraparound support coordination.

Do you have questions about FAFSA? Join Student Financial Support for a
drop-in Zoom session on Wednesdays from 10 a.m.–12 p.m. through March 13. Advisors will be available to answer your questions about changes to the 2024–25 FAFSA application.

FLI Proud @ John Hopkins Mentoring Program
Are you a member of the first-generation and/or limited-income community at JHU? Consider applying to be a student mentee in the FLI Proud @ Johns Hopkins Mentorship Program. This six-week program is designed specifically for FLI-identifying students to be mentored by alumni who also identify as FLI or as FLI supporters. Each mentorship pairing works toward the development and/or completion of a mentee’s professional, academic, or personal goals. Don't miss out on your opportunity to participate; registration ends February 29 (or when the program reaches capacity).

Black Heritage Celebration Feb. 28
This year’s Black Heritage Celebration
will be held on February 28 from 5–7 p.m. at the School of Nursing. The theme will be “Food for the Soul” and the celebration will feature a keynote speaker, performances, food vendors, and demonstrations.
JHU's Foreign Affairs Symposium kicks off season on Feb. 28
The JHU Foreign Affairs Symposium, a forum to discuss and debate global affairs and international issues, kicks off its spring 2024 season on February 28 with Anne Applebaum. A Pulitzer Prize-winning historian, staff writer for The Atlantic, and a senior fellow at the SNF Agora Institute and the School of Advanced International Studies, Applebaum will participate in a discussion at 7 p.m. in Mason Hall. Registration is open in Hopkins Groups; follow @jhufas on Instagram for the latest updates.

JHU students are eligible to receive a Grubhub+ food delivery membership for free! Membership benefits include unlimited $0 delivery fees on orders over $18, 5% back on pick-up orders, lower service fees, and student-only deals and discounts. Last chance to visit the Ice Rink
The Ice Rink closes for the season this Sunday, February 25, so be sure to register for an upcoming session if you have yet to enjoy this new winter tradition! As a reminder, registration, skate rentals, and concessions are free for all JHU affiliates who sign up online
and complete a waiver.
