Dear Harvard Chan Students,

Spring is in the air and graduation is just around the corner (after finals, of course!). Please review the information below to prepare for Harvard Chan Convocation and Harvard University Commencement.

Commencement Ticket, Class Item, and Class Photo Pick Up

Harvard Chan students can visit Kresge G4 on May 6 and May 7 between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM to pick up your Commencement tickets, class item, and class photo, if ordered.

Can't make it on May 6 and 7? That's ok! Late pick-up will be available in Kresge G4 after finals week and during the week of Commencement. Please note, GSAS students receive their Commencement tickets from GSAS. Visit the GSAS Commencement ticket website for information and ticket pickup locations.

Regalia Pick Up and Return

Students can pick up regalia at the Countway Library Coop from Thursday, May 16 to Thursday, May 23, 2024. If you did not order regalia you may also pick extras at this time.
Regalia Returns must be made by June 7, 2024 to the Countway Library Coop. For more information, visit the Coop regalia website.

Arrival Times for Convocation and Commencement

Harvard Chan Convocation
Wednesday, May 22

Graduating students should plan to arrive at 9:00 AM and must be checked in by 10:00 AM. All students must have your HUID and your printed GradPass.

Log in to the Ceremony Registration website and select “Print GradPass” before you arrive at the Reggie Lewis Center. Your GradPass has a QR code that is used to display and read your name at Convocation. You will need your printed GradPass (not electronic) to cross the stage.

Harvard University Commencement
Thursday, May 23

Graduating students should arrive in Harvard Square at 7:00 AM. Look for the Harvard Chan gonfalon on Quincy Street to meet to enter Harvard Yard. All students must have their HUID. You will receive a lanyard and need to place your ID inside this lanyard to enter the yard.
