Mentor Connection

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual picnic. From Face Painting to three-legged races to jumbo jenga, there was something for everyone to enjoy! Proof Positive kicks off 2015-2016 School Year

School is in full swing and that means our Proof Positive program is too! Proof Positive is our workplace mentoring program that matches students in local schools with an employee at a local business. The students visit the workplace twice a month for about an hour and spend one-on-one time with their mentor. Studies shoe that youth participating in workpalce mentoring programs perform better in school, want to go to college, and begin thinking more about their future. Employees benefit by being able to be a Big Brother or Sister without even having to leave the office! This program has been very successful and continues to grow each year.
