What to know today:

Clemson Honors student Helen Bailey, majoring in environmental and natural resources, is one of only 55 Udall Scholars across the country identified as future leaders in environmental, tribal public policy and health care fields.

Clemson Softball plays its first game of the double-elimination NCAA Super Regional against the Texas Longhorns tonight at 9 p.m. The game will be broadcast on ESPN2.

Clemson student-athletes across all sports improved their overall GPA for the ninth consecutive semester, earning a record 3.35 cumulative GPA in the Spring 2025 semester. It marked the 14th semester in a row that GPAs were greater than 3.0, dating to the Fall of 2018.

The Pearce Center for Professional Communication awarded five Professional Writing and Communication Awards to faculty and students who have shown exceptional commitment to the community in their work.

Earlier this month, members of CCIT gathered to celebrate the conclusion of the inaugural CCIT Emerging Leaders Institute. The cohort included 19 employees across the division who spent the last nine months immersed in leadership best practices, community partner work, gaining exposure to different areas around the University and more.
