With just over one month until Workday, several key deadlines for leave, hiring and expenses are approaching; Former athletics director Terry Don Phillips passed away early yesterday morning.

Workday launches in just over a month! Over the next several weeks, faculty and staff can expect more information and resources to help them prepare for the transition to Workday on July 1.
Today is the last day for a faculty or staff candidate to accept official offers for start dates prior to June 16. New hires cannot have start dates between June 16 and June 30.
Friday, May 29, is the last day to:
- Enter or approve unpaid leaves of absence or planned time off (annual, sick, paid parental) scheduled for on or after July 1. Submissions for leave occurring between now and June 30 may continue uninterrupted.

Request, create or modify suppliers, customers, sponsors and awards.
- Add or change personal information.
- Create and approve guest/visitor expense reports.
- Request new p-cards or CUF cards.

Former athletic director Terry Don Phillips passed away early Tuesday morning in Clemson, S.C. Phillips, 78, had been in hospice care after being diagnosed with dementia over a decade ago. Over his 10 years as Clemson's athletic director, the Tigers won 13 ACC Championships across eight sports, including five in women's sports.
