This week, many of our faculty and staff were excited to receive the first round of the COVID-19 vaccine as part of the Phase 1B K-12 Education Personnel designation.
We are hopeful that this is just the beginning of a widespread vaccination program that will lead to a return to our pre-COVID programming.

Welcome Back to In-Person Instruction
On-campus learning resumes on Monday, January 25. We look forward to seeing all of our Dragons in our classrooms!
PLEASE ensure your children are dressed for the weather (coats, hats, gloves) as they will be going outside for instruction, recess, and more.

'21-'22 Re-Enrollment Contracts
Online re-enrollment contracts for current students for the 2021-22 school year will be EMAILED to families on Monday, February 1, and are due back by Thursday, February 11 at noon. Please mark your calendars.
Similar to last year, re-enrollment will take place digitally through PowerSchool. Details to follow!

End of Second Quarter
January 20 was the end of the second quarter. There will be no winter teacher conferences. If you have questions or concerns about your child's progress, please reach out directly to the teacher to schedule a virtual time to connect.
REPORT CARDS:
- Lower School report cards will be sent home with K-5 students on Friday, January 29.
- Middle School second quarter grades may be viewed digitally via PowerSchool beginning on Friday, January 29.

Auction Items: Will You Help?
We are excited about St M's upcoming Auction, presented virtually on Friday, March 26, at 7 p.m.
Parent donations are critical to the success of the auction. Can we count on your help?
- Would you be willing to put together a themed basket? (Think kids cooking or art or outdoor fun or family games? And for the adults, baskets/coolers of adult beverages, or special items for the home, or personal care. Don't forget the pets!)
- Would you be willing to partner with another family to contribute an auction adventure? (Think tickets to an Escape Room, RVA TukTuk, a James River raft trip, a pool party, a game day BBQ, a golf outing or passes to Top Golf or Drive Shack, fishing or boat excursions.)
- Support our RVA Restaurants by donating gift cards to local favorites.
- Do you have a vacation home or own a timeshare? Trips are a HUGE hit!

| COVID Reporting Protocol/Form
If someone in your family has symptoms, has been exposed, or is being tested for COVID-19, please inform the School IMMEDIATELY IN WRITING via the COVID-19 Reporting Form link below. The confidentiality of the diagnosed student or faculty member will be maintained.
For all health-related questions this year, please contact Nurse Shawnetta Maben at smaben@stmschool.net.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: If you submit your COVID reporting form after hours or on weekends, please keep your child HOME until you hear from Nurse Maben on the next school day.
