We're glad you're here! If you're NOT a commuter, feel free to unsubscribe (at the bottom of this email). Everyone else: we want to make sure you know about some basic commuter resources. You can expect to receive a Commuter Newsletter 1x/month with information specific to your needs.
- Join the Facebook Group for Commuters. Be in the know about construction updates, important resources, ride shares, events, and more!
- The Commuter Resource Center is located in 2045 Armstrong Student Center, and contains free semester-long locker rentals, a charging station, and social space for commuters. The Center is staffed by students (Commuter Center Assistants, or CCAs) during the following times:
- Monday: 10am - 2pm
- Tuesday: 11:30am - 2pm
- Wednesday: 2:15pm - 5pm
- Thursday: 9am - 2pm
- Friday: 10:30am - 1:30pm and 2:15pm - 5pm
- The Center is open from 7 am to 5 pm regularly; however, all commuters should have swipe access to the Center from 5 pm to 11 pm with their Student ID Card. If your card is not working, please let one of the CCAs know or email offcampus@miamioh.edu.
- Join Commuters of Miami, a student organization of commuters that aims to improve the experience of commuting and relocating students by providing them with means to properly resolve complaints in a timely fashion, and to schedule programming and events which will increase community.
