SOUL Interview Volunteers NeededIt's that time of year again! SOUL applications have been received and are being reviewed, and the staff in the Office of Orientation and Transition Programs are ready for group interviews. We value input from our campus partners, and hope that you will consider volunteering your time to help us evaluate the students who are interesting in becoming a part of the 2017 SOUL team.
Group interviews will be held between January 31 - February 6 at various times (see below). Each time slot will include the group interview itself, as well as debrief time with the evaluation team after the interview. The time slots are as follows:
Tuesday, January 31 -- 7:00 - 8:45pm
Wednesday, February 1 -- 11:45 am - 1:30pm
Wednesday, February 1 -- 1:45 - 3:30pm
Thursday, February 2 -- 4:30 - 6:15pm
Thursday, February 2 -- 6:30 - 8:15pm
Thursday, February 2 -- 8:30 - 10:15pm
Friday, February 3 -- 11:45 am - 1:30 pm
Friday, February 3 -- 1:45 - 3:30 pm
Monday, February 6 -- 6:15 - 8:00 pm
All interviews will be held in the Peabody Hall Gallery (room 119).
We ask that all volunteers arrive 10 minutes before the group interview, and attend a brief training session on either Thursday, January 26 at 3:00pm or Friday, January 27 at 4:00pm. Please use the
Group Interview Doodle form to sign up to volunteer for interview sessions. Please note that we are looking for 3-4 campus partners to join us for each session, and if you do not see the time slot listed, we have filled the spots for that particular interview.
Please contact Elizabeth Walsh, Assistant Director of Orientation and Transition Programs, with any questions.
