Triton Student System (TSS) Project:
-
Testing and hands-on engagement are well underway. Faculty and staff partners are actively participating in system and data testing and attending demonstrations, helping ensure TSS works in real-world scenarios before launch.
-
Campus preparation for Fall 2026 is accelerating. Departments are contributing existing training and support materials, Admissions teams are planning for Fall 2026 applicants in TSS, and project leaders continue engaging campus leadership and governance groups to support a smooth transition.
-
CourseLeaf Project:
-
The Division of Extended Studies (DES) program approval form will be implemented first with an anticipated launch date of Summer 2026. The timeline for the main campus version is still being reviewed and will be shared once confirmed.
-
Financial Support Payments Tool (FSPT) Project:
-
Stipends functionality is live as of December 8th, and users have been engaging with training materials, office hours, support resources, and communications to prepare for disbursing nearly $2.1 million to 800 graduate students on January 26.
-
uAchieve Transfer Articulation (TA) Project:
-
Work is underway with our vendor, CollegeSource, to improve and connect uAchieve with TSS. This will support both Degree Audit and Transfer Articulation, helping ensure transfer credit information flows more smoothly into the new system.

Join us in congratulating Manisha Kanodia as an SIS Trailblazer!
|
|
|
Manisha manages Student Affairs & Extended Studies Information Services and serves on the TSS Project implementation team. Manisha was recognized by Galina Belokurova, who serves as a Data Systems Analyst in IT Services.
"Manisha is intimately involved in the TSS design. She and her team are working behind the scenes to keep dozens of applications functioning. She is behind a formidable task of designing and implementing new pathways to ensure these applications continue to operate after the data starts coming from the TSS. Her work is mostly invisible to others and needs to be recognized."
You can read Manisha’s full story, and the stories of all of our SIS Trailblazers, on the SIS Trailblazers webpage.

- Step 2: Review current guides, KBAs, SOPs, YouTube videos, and instructional docs.
-
Step 3: Add your training/support/reference materials to the content inventory.
- Fill out Columns A-J for each piece of content.

Sustaining Focus as We Prepare for the TSS Launch
|
Important: We encourage all staff with an interest in the TSS to review the recent Campus Notice from Elizabeth Simmons, Executive Vice Chancellor, and Kevin Chou, Interim Chief Information Officer.
The notice outlines why maintaining stability in the months ahead is critical to a successful July 2026 launch. It reinforces the need to minimize non-essential process or system changes, protect the time and focus of key implementation team members, and align around a shared goal for launch: a stable, functional system that supports the university’s core needs.
This message is intended to help the university community understand the constraints under which the TSS is being delivered and the importance of collective support during this final phase. Not everything will be perfect at launch, and refinements will continue post-launch, but maintaining focus and reducing disruption now will directly contribute to long-term success.
We encourage leaders and teams to share the notice within their areas and to consider how local decisions, requests, and priorities can best support the broader implementation effort.

In Case You Missed It: TSS Demonstrations Recap |
Beginning in Fall Quarter 2025, the TSS Project hosted a series of live demonstrations to introduce key features of the new student information system and help ease campus concerns ahead of its Summer 2026 launch. Four well-attended sessions showcased student experience tools, new grading functionality, and DES–specific scheduling processes, while allowing participants to ask questions in real time. These demonstrations were made possible through collaboration across project teams and subject matter experts, with recordings and resources available and additional demonstrations planned for Winter and Spring 2026.

Retirement of Student QueryLink Reports & Updates |
As previously announced, several legacy Student QueryLink reports officially retired on January 23, 2026. While the remediated Accounts Receivable Aging and Transactions reports are now available on the Business Analytics Hub (BAH), retirement of their legacy QueryLink versions has been temporarily delayed. New enhancements are being made to the Campus Class List report that will eliminate the need for standalone Campus Waitlist and Campus Waitlist Audit reports. These enhancements will allow users to generate enrollment, waitlist, and drop/withdrawal student lists through flexible filters, reducing redundancy while preserving critical functionality. The full article outlines timelines, access requirements, and next steps to help campus users plan for these reporting changes and transition smoothly.

FSPT Stipends is Now Live |
|
|
FSPT Stipends is officially live as of December 8, 2025, replacing the legacy FSRT application for processing graduate student non-employment stipends. With this major milestone comes important changes to users' workflow. All non-employment stipends for 2026 and beyond must now be entered in FSPT, with the first disbursement happening in January 2026. Users will work in both applications temporarily: FSPT for all 2026 stipends, and FSRT for retroactive stipend changes as well as all fee payments & remission entries until the Fee Payments Module launches in early 2027. If you need Production (PROD) access to enter/view stipends or need support navigating the work process transition, the article includes step-by-step access instructions and support resources, such as: office hours, learning materials, and ways to connect with the FSPT team.
