Coping with Covid: Building HopeNAMI Zoom Presentation March 10
This pandemic is difficult for all of us. It's challenging for our youth, parents, and our community. For almost everyone, it impacts our mental health and sense of hope as we all balance safety and access to the support and services we need. The challenge moving forward is to rebuild Hope.
NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) will be presenting a session that acknowledges the challenging times we are living through and will offer guidance to address mental wellness and help with the challenging conversation with someone who may struggle with mental health needs, substance use or the threat of suicide.
Open to parents, caregivers, students and community members of the Midcoast region. No registration is required; simply join the Zoom meeting Wednesday, March 10th from 6:30-8:00pm.
