PSP Foods, LLC and RGT Investments, LLC (collectively “PSP”), a Cincinnati, Ohio based Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers franchisee owned and operated by long-time franchisees Sean Tuohy and Michael Roe, has sold seven Freddy’s restaurants and the real estate underlying four of the locations to DJ Steakburgers, LLC.
Auspex Capital acted as the sell-side M&A advisor to PSP for the transaction. This is the 41st transaction and the seventh sell-side assignment Auspex has completed for Sean Tuohy and Michael Roe since 2004.
