Clinical Healthcare Industry Week begins Feb. 9
Hosted by Life Design Lab, Clinical Healthcare Industry Week is an exciting opportunity for students to learn about clinical healthcare and medical professions, network with alumni and healthcare recruiters, develop relevant & marketable skill sets, and see how their unique talents and skills qualify them for careers in this field. Check out the schedule of virtual and in-person events, which begin on Feb. 9, and register to attend in Handshake.
JHU Major Fair is Feb. 13
Hosted by the Office of First-Year Experience in partnership with KSAS, WSE, and the Life Design Lab, the JHU Major Fair is an opportunity to explore different academic pathways at Hopkins. You’ll have the opportunity to connect directly with representatives from majors, minors, research initiatives, study abroad programs, and other specialized and cross-disciplinary academic opportunities across the university. The fair will be held on February 13 from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Glass Pavilion and Great Hall; registration is now open.

Love Data Week starts Feb. 9
Registration is now open for Love Data Week! Johns Hopkins Libraries will host a weeklong series of online events around the theme “Where’s the Data?” from Feb. 9 to 13, exploring when, where, and how researchers locate data. Participate in webinars online, and attend a hands-on, in-person workshop to take home your own data-themed tote bag. Registration is required to attend!
Aspirations Award nominations are open
The nomination form for the spring 2026 Aspirations Awards is now available. Take some time to share the story of a student, colleague, or faculty member who you feel exemplifies our values of curiosity, self-awareness, collaboration, confidence, or responsible leadership. The deadline for nominations is February 27; you can also read about our Fall 2025 awardees on our website.

While it’s important to stay informed, constant consumption can be upsetting and counterproductive. Super Bowl festivities
Get ready for the Super Bowl with a special Big Game–themed dinner at Hopkins Cafe. On Feb. 8 from 5 to 10 p.m., enjoy classic favorites and elevated comfort foods designed to bring the excitement of the big game to the table. Then, head over to the BSC for a watch party hosted by LEED. Kick-off is at 6:30 p.m., and the game will be on the big screen in the theater!
Conflict Resolution walk-in hours
Need support navigating a conflict? Drop in to Conflict Resolution Walk-In Hours – no appointment required! Stop by the AMR II Ground Level Annex (behind the Blue Jay statue) on Mondays between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.; or via Zoom for support and resources. Show your love for Hopkins Lacrosse
During Valentine's week you will have multiple chances to love and cheer for Hopkins Lacrosse against local rivals! On February 11 at 4 p.m. Johns Hopkins Women's Lacrosse takes on Loyola. On February 14 at 1 p.m. Men's Lacrosse takes on Loyola in the Battle of Charles St. The first 250 Hopkins students and staff fans can grab free gloves! Remember that students get into Men's Lacrosse games for free with their Hopkins ID. Go Blue Jays!
