How did you get started in the business?
We started as an equipment dealership under a different name and changed to Komplet America when we took over the distribution and focused solely on Komplet products.

Product supply, price increases, and affordable solutions.

Onsite recycling, mobile recycling plants, compact equipment.

Helping individuals and businesses achieve goals and succeed.
What challenges have you faced over the years and how have you overcome them?
Product supply issues from the pandemic – overcame by increasing units forecasted along with parts to ensure we have in-stock products and parts our customers need.
What’s something about you (a fun fact) that not many people know?
We have a very animal-friendly company culture and always have a couple of dogs at the office most days of the week.
How do you think the industry is changing and what trends do you see coming up on the horizon?
Compact mobile recycling equipment is a burgeoning market within the CDR industry offering affordable solutions to contractors allowing them to have more power over their costs including removal of material, hauling/tipping fees, and the purchasing of new material.
What advice would you give to someone interested in this industry?
Focus on a need and try to solve it.
