Nordblom has selected Erland Construction, in partnership with Stantec, to refresh The Tremont, a 214,000-square-foot luxury apartment community originally built by Erland in 2016. This 25,000sf revitalization project aims to enhance the living experience for residents while modernizing the building's shared spaces.

The scope of work includes creating new work-from-home spaces in the main lobby to meet the evolving needs of residents. Most common areas and amenity spaces will receive updated finishes and fresh paint, while the sky lounge will be reconfigured to offer a more functional and inviting environment. Additionally, the corridor carpeting throughout the building will be replaced to elevate the overall look and feel of the property.

As The Tremont will remain fully occupied during construction, Erland will leverage its experience working in active environments to ensure minimal disruption to residents. Through close collaboration with Nordblom, Erland will deliver a seamless construction process while maintaining a safe, comfortable, and respectful atmosphere for all tenants.
