| | Explore Mahler’s Jewish Side: PostClassical Ensemble Presents David Taylor
Hailed as “wildly adventurous” by The Washington Post, PostClassical Ensemble will present "Mahler’s Fourth: A Wicked New Look" for one night only at The Kennedy Center. Dive deeper into the composer’s struggle as an assimilated Jewish artist in a creatively liberating, yet deeply antisemitic Vienna. A never-before-heard rearrangement for chamber, recast specifically for international virtuoso David Taylor and his bass trombone, will highlight the Jewish and Jazz sounds never heard in this way before. For a 10% discount, call 202-467-4600 and use promo code PostClassical10.
