Oregon’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network Webinars
Oregon’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) network is hosting a series of webinars that provide information on the federal COVID-19 relief package as well as restaurant specific programs. More information on these webinar opportunities can be found below:
Pandemic Finance 101 Webinar
The recently passed COVID-19 relief package includes new available funding as well as adjustments to existing programs. The new legislation will make it possible for a small business owner to get a second forgivable PPP loan with fewer restrictions, access the forgivable loan and tax burden features, and apply for special provisions to help restaurants and minority-owned businesses. It also allows 501(c)(6) organizations to access PPP loans. This webinar will provide a comprehensive guide on these new benefits and programs on Monday, Jan. 11 from 1-2 p.m.
Registration is free.
Oregon Restaurant COVID-19 Assistance Program
The Oregon Restaurant & Lodging Association (ORLA), along with Oregon’s SBDC network have recently launched a new, no-cost, one-on-one confidential advisor network that includes seven professional restaurant consultants ready to assist industry operators with ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic. This program is paid through SBA CARES Act relief funds authorized by the Emergency Board of the Oregon Legislature. Visit SBDC’s
