| Introducing Faculty Forward
| | Faculty Forward is a new monthly series launched by Stetson University Board of Trustees Chair, Lila Jaber ’88, JD ’90. This series celebrates the faculty who challenge, mentor and inspire our Hatters.
First up: Professor Randall Croom, PhD, recipient of the 2026 William Hugh McEniry Award for Excellence in Teaching.
From preparing students for what comes next to teaching them how to embrace failure, learn, and keep moving forward, Dr. Croom is helping shape more than future professionals; he’s helping shape future leaders.

| Every reunion gift supports the Stetson Fund for Student Scholarships, helping provide greater access and opportunity for today’s Hatters. Make your reunion gift, collect your decade duck sticker at Homecoming registration, and add your duck to the fountain to help fill it with Hatter pride!
