Launch of Educational Seminar Series
|
This fall, Texas A&M Innovation launches an educational seminar series to address both standard topics and new developments that are at the leading-edge of innovation and commercialization. With two seminars in the fall semester and two in the spring, these events will include presentations by Texas A&M Innovation staff, external experts, and faculty case studies followed by open Q&A and time for one-on-one networking. Fall seminar series topics are:

Our first seminar on Oct. 16 discusses the protection of intellectual property. We will review the standard patent process and also discuss recent trends in IP protection including the evolving topic of protecting against unexpected public disclosure from using AI tools.
These educational events are open to faculty, graduate and undergraduate students throughout The Texas A&M University System, and members of the greater Bryan/College Station innovation community. They are offered both in person and virtually.
