You are cordially invited to join us for our first live catalogued auction in over two years. The auction will be held at our new venue  The Brattleboro Museum & Art Center beginning at 11am on Wednesday December 8th. All lots are available for preview the previous day, December 7th from 12pm to 5pm and again on sale day. If you prefer to continue bidding remotely,   follow the ongoing sale or bid online through our new bidding platform hosted on the cloud through Amazon Web Services. We are excited about this new partnership, which promises faster and more reliable online bidding and integrates directly from our catalogs. For trying our new platform for the December sale, we'll waive any packing and customs form charges for all lots purchased using our platform. For those more comfortable with something familiar, we are continuing to host this sale through Invaluable, Bidsquare and  Live Auctioneers.

We are excited to offer you one of our most diverse sales yet & we’re certain you’ll find something in our print catalog to add to your collection. This auction will include clothing & textiles from many museums including  FIT and the Museum of the City of New York, historical societies, university costume collections, private collectors & estates as well as an important collection of Colonial and Early American Republic Menswear  originating from The Dorothy Quincy Homestead, home of Founding Father John Hancock.
