Village of Hope Library Built
Village of Hope Uganda, a partner organization with IM, Inc., provides hope, healing, shelter, and education for former child soldiers and children orphaned by the effects of war and poverty. With the help of a $10,500 grant from the Free Will Baptist Foundation last year, they built a library building for the children to grow in their Christian faith, explore the world, develop a love for reading, and aid their education. Join us in prayer for the ministry of this organization!

Making Your Investments Do MoreAs individuals, if we are not building financial stability our lives, it limits the opportunities we will have in the future. The same is true of churches and church organizations. Did you know that in 2016, the Board of Retirement launched an Institutional Investing program as a way to help churches and church organizations set aside funds for their future ministry?

D6 Leaders Gather in Japan
D6 leaders held a leaders' gathering in Tokyo, Japan, January 27, supported by incredible organizations like the Asian Evangelical Alliance (AEA), One Hope, 4/14 Window Movement, Japan Evangelical Alliance (JEA), and Word of Life. The goal is to prepare for a future D6 Conference in Japan.
Dr. Ron Hunter led off of the day as one of the keynote speakers with a talk entitled "How D6 Helps the Church and Home." Gwen De Roazario, leader of D6 Asia, followed with a talk entitled "The Heart of D6." Other speakers continued into the afternoon.
A total of about 350 ministry leaders came together, both online and in person, for this event (including some IM missionaries). Japan, like other Asian countries, values family and realizes the great need for a strong church requires stronger families.
