Roth Options Available for 403(b) & 457(b) Plans |

Beginning May 27, 2026, post‑tax Roth contributions are now available as an additional option within the voluntary 403(b) and 457(b) supplemental retirement plans. To learn more about how pre-tax contributions and Roth post-tax contributions options may fit your needs, visit the .
Ohio University partnered with to provide faculty and staff with personalized financial wellness support. Their services include retirement planning, budgeting and savings tips, investment guidance, and more. CAPTRUST is available at no cost as part of the University’s benefits package.

What’s Ahead: Preparing for Ohio University's New HR and Finance System |
|
|
|
|
Ohio University is preparing for its transition to Oracle Cloud, the future platform for HR and finance, with implementation anticipated in 2029. This work is part of the Administrative Modernization Program (AMP), a university-wide initiative focused on improving systems, processes, and user experience.
Several readiness efforts are already underway to position the university for a successful transition. Readiness activities will continue through the summer and into the coming years, establishing the groundwork for system design and build efforts scheduled to begin in 2027.
Faculty and staff are encouraged to stay informed as the work progresses. For updates, visit the Administrative Modernization Program website or subscribe to the AMP newsletter.

Ohio University’s leave donation programs allow eligible employees to contribute unused leave to designated donation pools. These pools provide paid leave to eligible employees who experience qualifying medical situations and have exhausted their available paid leave.

UHR's Return to Grosvenor West on June 2 |
University Human Resources will return to Grosvenor West 103 on Tuesday, June 2. As you plan your visit on or after June 2, please use the main entrance to Grosvenor West, as Grosvenor Hall will remain inaccessible until mid-August.
