On Wednesday, April 12th, at 4:21 p.m., the NYU Department of Campus Safety received a report of a fondling that occurred at approximately 3:40 p.m., in Washington Square Park, in Manhattan.
The complainant, an NYU student, reported that while they were waiting in line at an ice cream vendor, the suspect walked up to the complainant bumped into them and grabbed their buttocks. The suspect then smiled and walked east to exit the park.
Description of Suspect: The suspect is described as male-presenting, with a light complexion, approximately 5'6" in height and 40 years old, wearing a blue hat, blue t-shirt and a dark drawstring backpack.
