Midterm Reflections with the Wellness Wheel
Wellness: (verb) "the active & ongoing pursuit of activities, choices, and habits"
Did you know that wellness incorporates more than just physical and emotional health?
At the CCW, we are here to support your next step toward developing care practices across the nine dimensions of wellness.
In the remaining eight weeks of the semester, we encourage you to reflect on the following prompts:
- Where on the wellness wheel are you thriving?
-
What dimension of the wellness wheel is hardest for you right now?
- What is one action you can do today to improve your wellbeing?
If you're feeling lost, know that support is available! Our
Peer Wellbeing Navigators and professional Wellness Coaches can help you make the most of the semester.
