2026 Grassroots Meetings Registration Opens Soon! |
As we approach the end of the calendar year, it’s time to start getting ready for 2026 TASB Grassroots Meetings. These meetings are an important part of the TASB Advocacy Process and your participation is highly encouraged.
At each event, trustees will develop regional priorities, elect representatives to serve on the Legislative Advisory Council, and be eligible for a chance to win a $1,000 student scholarship. We are also excited to be offering a Legislative Update session for select regions, which will be eligible for continuing education credit.
Grassroots Meetings are free to attend, open to trustees and superintendents, and include dinner at no cost. We hope to see you there!
Registration opens mid-November. Find your region’s meeting at tasb.org/training-events.

Trustees: You are invited to your regional community in TASB Connect, a new membership benefit. This community platform is designed to help school leaders connect and collaborate. The platform is similar to other social media sites, providing a place to post questions and share ideas.
It’s all about building a regional community to support each other — part of the TASB Advantage! Access TASB Connect now using your TASB login credentials.
District administrative professionals also will be joining the platform with their own Administrative Professionals community later this month. The new community will replace the popular Superintendent Secretaries' message board that has been in use for more than 20 years.
