Major I-5 Southbound Closure |
| Starting around 10 p.m. Friday, September 11, I-5 southbound will be closed between I-405 and I-84. The closure will remain in place 24 hours a day for up to five weeks.
ODOT warns that travel times may be two to three times longer, especially for students traveling from Vancouver or North Portland. Give yourself extra time, consider using public transit or carpooling, and check TripCheck before leaving home. Plan ahead so the closure does not keep you from getting to class on time.
