The U.S. Air Force Academy Association & Foundation has recently learned of service details for Lt. Col. (Ret.) Steven T. Lofgren, CS-31, Class of 1978. Col. Lofgren passed away on March 9, 2026, in Chapin, South Carolina.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m. on July 17, 2026, at the Memorial Pavilion at the USAFA Cemetery, followed by inurnment in the Columbarium, 3024 Parade Loop, USAF Academy, Colorado.
