The Institute of Clinical and Translational Sciences (ICTS) Research Development Program will host their Spring NIH Mock Study Section (MSS) on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. via Zoom. The MSS simulates an actual NIH study section to give investigators preparing an NIH grant application a competitive edge. Participants will receive a review, critique, and score of their application from faculty and study section members.
Submit your Letter of Intent (LOI) by 5 p.m. on February 18, 2026.

The Institute for Informatics, Data Science & Biostatistics (I2DB) Education Team invites abstract submissions for posters and lightning talks at the 2026 I2DB Scientific Symposium. This is an opportunity to share research, projects, and ideas with colleagues across disciplines. Selected abstracts will be featured April 13, 2026 during the Innovation Showcase (11:15 a.m.–12 p.m.) and the Networking Lunch & Poster Session (12–1:15 p.m.).
Submit your abstract by March 1, 2026. Presenters will be confirmed by March 15.

WashU Research Education and Information is offering a four-hour workshop that counts toward responsible conduct of research (RCR) credit. The workshop will feature presentations on WashU policies and procedures related to RCR as well as case study sessions facilitated by WashU faculty.
This workshop will take place on March 18, 2026 from 11:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. in EPNEC Auditorium, EPNEC. Register by March 14. Lunch will be provided.
