Oregon Visitor Profile Regional Dashboards Available

In addition to the Oregon Visitor Profile study done in collaboration with Destination Analysts, Travel Oregon, the Port of Portland and DMOs from across the state, regional reports have been developed. These reports provide insights into their perceptions, motivations, trip details, satisfaction, planning and demographics.

      Travel Portland Welcomes Visitors to New Visitor Center

      Travel Portland is opening its doors to the public at its new visitor center in Portland's vibrant West End at 1132 SW Harvey Milk St., Suite 104. The highly anticipated center will open on Thursday, June 29.
      In celebration, Travel Portland will host an open house event for industry partners on Wednesday, July 26. Stay tuned for forthcoming details regarding this exciting industry event.

        Seeking Visitor Experiences Around Oregon's Oct. 14 Annular Eclipse

        Oregon will have a front-row seat to the next major eclipse. Read more about it here.
        If any business, guide, outfitter or partner in your region has an eclipse-related visitor experience to add to this consumer story, we’d love to know.
        Travel Oregon will promote eclipse visitor experiences to consumers via social media and PR channels in early August.

            New EV Charger Rebate Program is Live

            Last week, ODOT launched a new EV charging rebate program. The program supports Level 2 chargers at public sites through rebates of up to $4,250 per port. The program webpage hosts information including past informational sessions, a step-by-step application guide, program FAQs and more. ODOT has contracted with Forth for technical assistance to help prospective applicants navigate the application process.

              Oregon Tourism Commission Briefing & Meeting Recordings 

              This month’s briefing and meeting were in-person and live-streamed on Travel Oregon’s industry YouTube channel. The recordings are available for the briefing and the meeting. The next briefing and meeting are planned for September 12-13 in Pendleton.
