Week of June 4: Last Week of School!
To all of our graduating Dragons, we will never forget your energy, your smiles and all of your contributions to St. Michael's. We hope you will carry the knowledge, values and friendships you acquired at our School in your hearts. As you head out to new high schools and new adventures, our best wishes, love and support go with you!
Our kindergarteners shared their advice on how to succeed at a new school in the video below. Such wise young Dragons! (You might want to have a tissue ready when you view it.)
Congratulations to all of our Eighth Graders!
Remember:  Once a Dragon, ALWAYS a Dragon!

Summer Assignments and Back To School

Whether you call it the Summer Slide or the Brain Drain, students can lose ground in reading and math over the summer break.
To help our students practice what they learned this year and exercise their brains while they are away, summer assignments and reading lists wll be posted by the end of this week. You can find this information on our website under "Community/Summer-Back to School."
Once school is out, our team will be finalizing Back to School forms. Please check the website in mid-July for updates, forms and the 2017-2018 Academic Calendar.
Annual Fund Update 2016-2017
Your gift makes a difference! As we approach the end of the fiscal year, if you have been meaning to make a donation to the Annual Fund, it's not too late. We would be most appreciative

Your tax-deductible gifts provide funds to sustain and advance academic programs, technology enhancements, athletics, Fine Arts, extracurricular activities, faculty professional development and facilities maintenance.

Click here to make a donation. Thank you to all who have made gifts to the Annual Fund this year!
Transition to Middle School Program
Rising sixth grade parents, join us on Monday, June 5 at 8:15 a.m. in the Singleton Campus library to learn more about Middle School and what to expect as your child transitions to a new campus. All rising sixth grade parents are invited and we encourage you to attend. Please RSVP to Laurel Nelson.
Summer Administrative Office Hours
St. Michael's will observe summer office hours starting the week of June 12.
Our Administrative Offices will consolidate at the Bon Air Lower School Campus and will be open Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.- 2 p.m. We will be closed on Fridays during the summer.
Middle School Sports Participation Survey
As part of planning for next school year, we would like to take a quick Middle School poll to ascertain approximately how many students plan to participate in each Middle School sport next year.

Please note that this is just gauging interest and is NOT a commitment. Formal sports sign-ups will take place at the start of each season.
Click here for the survey form.  Contact Wally Kern with any questions. Thanks!
Friendly Reminders:
  • MEDICATIONS: For children/families who have medication in the office or classroom,  please stop by on Monday to pick these medications up.

  • LOST AND FOUND: Last call on Lost and Found items as they will be donated on June 9. Items are in the Lower School SMPA room and Middle School Great Hall.
