10th Annual Tunkhannock River Day
Saturday, July 19 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
At Tunkhannock's Riverside Park
Admission: Free
Eleven years ago environmentalist, river sojourner, and singer/musician John Hazard of upstate New York stopped by the Dietrich Theater to tell his plan to paddle the Susquehanna River, stopping along the way to perform his music. He asked to be able to stop and play in Tunkhannock.

Thanks to John, the idea was born to have a concert and educational event at Riverside Park in Tunkhannock. July 19, 2014, will be our 10th Day at the River, featuring music and activities to help us be better stewards of our environment.
