National Voter Registration Day is Tuesday, Sept. 16 |
Get ready to make your voice heard! Ahead of National Voter Registration Day, join You Can Vote for a voter registration training on Monday, Sept. 15, from 6–7 PM in Old Chem 101. Learn how to help your peers get registered—and enjoy free pizza while you’re at it. Register here.
On Tuesday, Sept. 16, Duke Votes and campus partners will host voter registration tabling on Bryan Center Plaza (10 AM–4 PM) and in Marketplace on East Campus (5:30–8 PM) in honor of National Voter Registration Day.
Looking ahead: Durham’s Municipal Primary will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 7, with early voting open Sept. 18–Oct. 4. The Municipal General Election follows on Tuesday, Nov. 4, with early voting beginning Oct. 16. More information about voter registration, voting, and voter ID requirements can be found on the Duke Votes website.
