Herman Hornets (Mia Odenwald) - The Herman Hornets 4‑H Club met on March 3, 2026, enjoying a “mystery meal” activity and hearing member reports from Family Learning Day and project meetings. The club also planned April activities, including “Demonstration in a Box” and upcoming 4‑H promotion events in the community.
|
Neosho Utopians (Mckayla Conley) - Here is what the Neosho Utopians did in March. The first Sunday we had our demonstration day where youth are able to show the club how or all about a topic that they know. Doing this helps strengthen public speaking and allow more youth to learn new things.

WI 4‑H Apparel Store Now Open!
|
Show your Wisconsin 4‑H pride and support a great cause! The WI 4‑H Apparel Store is open now through April 15, offering a variety of apparel in both youth and adult sizes. Proceeds from this fundraiser benefit the Wisconsin Association of Extension 4‑H Youth Development Professionals (WAE4‑HYDP), helping support the professionals who strengthen 4‑H programs across the state.
Orders can be shipped directly to your home, or you can save on shipping by selecting delivery to your county Extension office, with pick‑up available at the end of May. Don’t miss this opportunity to support 4‑H and look great doing it!

Explore Nearby 4‑H Dog Program Trainings! |
Several neighboring counties are kicking off their 4‑H dog project trainings as early as this week, and families should contact them if they want to participate. If you’re looking for opportunities to build skills, gain experience, and connect with other 4-H dog project members, be sure to check out their schedules. This is a great option since there is not a 4-H dog training program this year in Dodge county

The Columbia County Program:
|
The Fond du Lac program lists their leaders as
Jenny Kutz (920) 960-8786 or Melanie Machmueller (920) 979-7188

Kubota Orange Days is looking for a 4-H Group to Help with Youth Safety Days |
The event will be Thursday, April 30 - Saturday, May 2.
Is there a 4-H Club would be interested in doing a fundraiser on Saturday, May 2nd? Our Saturday hours are 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and we thought a Tractor/ATV/UTV wash could be a fun option, with all proceeds going to the club.
On Friday, May 1, we’ll also have WBEV here for a live radio show from 1:00-4:00 p.m., which would be a great chance to help spread the word about the fundraiser ahead of time.
Please contact Marie for more information

Know a potential youth sponsor?
The 2026 Dodge County Dairy Youth Program has 96 youth passionate about agriculture, livestock care, and leadership. To keep the program thriving, we’re looking to grow our list of financially supportive businesses.
Think about all the businesses, farms, and organizations your family works with: from propane and fuel contracts to feed mills. Please click on this link and quickly send us a name and any contact information you have access to: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/236FQXK. We will add your submissions to our sponsorship-contact list. You're also more than welcome to reach out to said businesses yourself, if you wish. Sponsor support helps provide:
|
- Educational opportunities;
- Awards and recognition;
- Youth t-shirts;
- Wisconsin Junior State Fair support; and more.
|
These contributions make a real difference, not just in the barn, but in the confidence and growth of every participant.

Practices will begin in April. Matthew Gunst and Scott Stanford are coaching. Stay tuned for times and locations.
