Thanks for a Great Sustainable Success Program! |
This past Tuesday, we hosted our first of two fall program, Sustainable Success: Governance and Succession Planning for Nonprofits. Participants gained valuable insights into understanding the purpose of their board, recruiting board members, conducting board evaluations, and utilizing a step-by-step process to creating a succession plan.
We want to thank Larry Robertson, Lewis Flax, and Leon Seemann for providing our participants a great foundation of these skills.
