With the Fire On High by Elizabeth Acevedo
"This book by award winner Acevedo is the beautiful, warm-hearted story of teen mom and aspiring cook Emoni Santiago during her final year of high school. With hints of magical realism and every chapter beginning with a recipe, this book will leave you smiling. As a bonus, the cover art is gorgeous!"--Christophe, Main Library
"I'm truly obsessed with Boulder Library. I just took an amazing embroidery class through them called "Joy in Craftivism". This month, they are offering "Seed Starting Indoors", "Talking Transit: How to Ride RTD Buses and Trains", and SO MUCH MORE!" - Chelsea via Twitter
