Home Improvements Website and Online FormThe Master Association is happy to announce the launch of the new Home Improvements Website and Online Form. On the main page you will see some general information about the Master Association Architectural Review Process, which neighborhoods use this process, and how to get started on your request. When you click the link for your project, you will be taken to a page that provides an excerpt from the Master Association Rules and Regulations document, a listing of what you need to submit for the review, and a link to the new Home Improvements Online Form.

Dumping at Mountain Gate CondosSome non-Mountain Gate residents have been dumping trash in the dumpsters at the Mountain Gate Condos. These dumpsters are only for use by Mountain Gate residents. Please do not dump your trash in these dumpsters.

Trash Service Delay Week of Memorial DayThis is a reminder from the Ken-Caryl Ranch trash service provider, Waste Connections, that Memorial Day is an observed holiday. Trash and recycling for all customers will be delayed one day the week of Memorial Day.

Historical Society Minissale VideoThe Historical Society updated a video about the story of Joseph N. Minissale, an Italian immigrant who owned Ken-Caryl Ranch from 1944 to 1949. Contact with one of Minissale’s granddaughters, Patricia King Haddad, has provided more interesting details and many new family photographs that are now included in this 2018 version.
