How to Continue Your Diversity Initiatives in 2022
If 2020 and 2021 were the years of pledges, then 2022 must be the year of action. It’s one thing to announce an initiative, but it’s another to actually use it to reshape the operations of your business. If you’re looking to make diversity the name of your game in the coming year, here’s how to do it.
Universal Human Rights Month is a time for U.S. citizens and others around the world to join together to stand up for the rights and dignity of all individuals.
Dec. 10, Human Rights Day, is a global holiday that marks the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the United Nations in 1948. The Declaration states: "All human beings born are born free and equal in dignity and rights." Many people around the world have not experienced this declaration to the fullest. They face discrimination and persecution because of their race, national origin, sex, gender, age, language or other status. At CAAP, we recognize this important declaration and ask that you take this time to consider how your organization is ensuring the rights of all citizens.
