Dinner at 5:30 TONIGHT!
Menu: Rotel chicken spaghetti casserole, English peas, salad, rolls, fruit, dessert and tea. Kids Option: Pizza, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, lemonade.

Programs for all ages at 6:15 including a study of the Three Simple Rules coming out of our Wesleyan heritage, and Bunk Bed Building for the service-minded.

A reminder to all our 4th and 5th graders: We have an important rehearsal for our Purim presentation after dinner tonight. Please come!

Next Wednesday Our 4th and 5th grade students will present a play for our February "Last Supper" gathering. (On the last Wednesday night of each month, instead of breaking up into classes by age group, we stay together for an intergenerational time that is really helping us get to know each other better!) In addition to being our "Last-Wednesday-Night-of-February-Celebration", February 28th is the first day of Purim. We're so excited to have our students share with us what they've been learning about Purim by acting out the story of ESTHER.

So, mark your calendars for Wednesday, February 28th.

Our Youth are getting FIRED UP!
February 23rd - 25th is The Gathering! Our prayer is for this conference to impact the spiritual lives of our youth in a way that will shape and mold them for years to come!
But, even if you are not attending the retreat, ALL YOUTH are invited to a BONFIRE at the Pickle's home this Sunday evening, February 25th at 5:00 pm. Please join us for this fun night of fellowship!

This Monday,
we have another opportunity to share LOVE!
We will serve a meal, worship with, and distribute bags filled with ChapStick, toiletry items, Subway gift cards and wonderful notes of encouragement written by our Parkway Hills Youth to the clients of Grace Place in Jackson. You are welcome to join us! Meet us in the church parking lot at 7:45 am to carpool; or simply join us at Grace Place at 8:30 am on February 26th. Contact Juliet Huam for more information or to let her know you will be joining us Monday morning.

Books for EFES

To "Rev Up Reading", East Flora Elementary is having an encouraging competition, rewarding those students who "REV-UP"! Our Lenten challenge this year is to provide books so that EVERY CHILD has books to read in their home! Please donate new or gently-read books appropriate for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade to this effort. Any Newbery Award Winners, Caldecott Medal Books, or books YOUR children loved would be great! For more ideas, check out these authors that the school's librarian requests for classroom author studies.
