with Parkway Hills’ 10-Week Wednesday Night Retreat!
As winter moves into spring, our calendars get busy, new life emerges, and we give thanks for beautiful days! It is also a busy time of the year in the life of the church. As we sat down to plan for our 10 weeks of Wednesday night retreats, we found lots of calendar days already filled with Ash Wednesday, the season of Lent, and the approach of Easter. So, we decided to offer some different opportunities in hopes that there is something that speaks to you.
Wednesday night dinner and activities will continue tonight at 5:30 pm! (We will have a "Last Supper" on the last Wednesday of every month. Our monthly Last Suppers are a time for us to get to know one another better and engage in some conversation, food, and fellowship. This is intergenerational and will be different every month, so make plans to attend one --or all!-- of our monthly Last Suppers this Spring to get to know your church family better.)
In between our "Last Suppers," join Pastor Dawn as we look at the Three Simple Rules coming out of our Wesleyan heritage and spend some time reflecting on what makes us Methodist. OR, if service is where you feel led, join Bill Flynn and his team of "Trolls" each Wednesday to aid with our Bunkbed Ministry. As always, children and youth activities will be offered. (All programs begin at 6:15 pm.) Wednesday nights really are a way for anyone to welcome, grow, serve, or celebrate with Parkway Hills! February 14th: Valentine’s Day Opportunity to Grow and Serve in love!
Ash Wednesday Service at 6 followed by packing bags for Grace Place (no Wednesday Night Supper tonight)
February 21st: Three Simple Rules: "Do No Harm"
February 28th: Last Supper: Theme TBA
March 7th: Three Simple Rules: "Do Good"
March 14th: Spring Break – No Wednesday Night
March 21st: Three Simple Rules: "Stay in Love with God"
March 28th: Holy Week Activities/No Wednesday Night
Thursday, March 29th: Holy Thursday service at 7:00 pm
Friday, March 30th: Good Friday – Sanctuary will be open from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm for personal reflection, scripture, and prayer, with the Good Friday Service at noon.

| The Women's Small Group
has adjusted their meeting time on Monday nights to 6:30 pm.
Please join Dawn in her home to listen to the stories of other women of faith and to share our own. If you don't yet have a small group, we would love for you to join this one! Next Monday, February12th, we will discuss Georgia Harkness.

| To help our middle school youth become lifelong learners and nurture spiritual growth that is meaningful in a real-world-kind-of-way, Parkway Hills will host a weekly small group for middle school boys and girls tomorrow morning, and every Thursday morning at 7:15 am at the Chick-fil-A in Madison. Rev. Dawn Douglas Flowers will lead our 6th, 7th, and 8th graders in a time of prayer, reflection, and encouragement. Students are responsible for bringing money for food if they want to purchase breakfast; parents are responsible for transportation to Chick-fil-A and to school.

| Beacons' Trip
On Thursday, March 8th, we are heading to Memphis to see "Wicked" at the Orpheum Theatre! We will have a lunch on arrival in Memphis and then plan to enjoy dinner at the Rendevous before returning home. Tickets are still available, but don't delay!
